Steviva SteviaSweet Stevia Extract Powder is a low carb, sugar free, sugar substitute that contains stevia extract in a fine powder. Stevia is derived from the Stevia Rebaudiana plant and is 250 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar. SteviaSweet stevia powder works best in very small amounts. Since it is so much sweeter than sugar, a little really does go a long way. Use it in your coffee or tea (1/32nd of a teaspoon sweetens a full cup of coffee). In baking and cooking, replace one cup of table sugar with 1/8 teaspoon of SteviaSweet stevia powder, combined with 1 cup unsweetened applesauce. The applesauce helps to make up for the lost volume in recipes.
