Coronavirus Order Updates - Orders received before 3PM EST are currently shipped same day. Our warehouse teams are working safely around the clock to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. We really appreciate your support during these challenging times.
At BariatricPal we feel it is important to offer you super fast order processing, and super fast delivery. We ship a very high volume of orders daily and have developed special relationships with our shipping carriers. Our main warehouse and fulfillment center is strategically located adjacent to JFK airport, in NYC. We've leveraged our shipping carrier relationships together with our geographic location and are able to offer our customers super fast delivery!
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We ship products as soon as possible after we receive your order. Orders are normally shipped same day, as long as they're placed before 3:00 PM EST. You can expect USPS Priority to arrive 1 to 3 business days and UPS or FedEx to arrive 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship them. For even faster delivery, you can choose another shipment option at checkout, such as overnight.

Shipping Costs
Shipping to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is FREE for orders over $79 after all discounts and coupons have been applied. We normally ship orders the same day they're received via USPS Priority 1-3 Day delivery. At times, larger packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx Home Delivery and some smaller packages are shipped via USPS First-Class (2-5 business day) delivery.
For all other orders, we offer 1-3 Day expedited shipping for a flat rate of only $7.99.
We ship to Canada, Australia and almost every country across the globe. Your cost of shipping and available shipping options will be shown to you in your shopping cart before you check out. See below for further International Shipping information.
Discreet Shipping & Packaging
We understand that your privacy is important and we make sure that your BariatricPal Store purchase is discreet. Your order is shipped discreetly in a plain brown box with no stickers or markings on the box to indicate its contents. The return shipping address reads:

'Signature Required' Policy
In order to ensure that your BariatricPal products are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on any orders of $200 or more. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, then we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business.
Waiving the delivery signature
Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement per order, but it must be done before your item ships out. To do this, you will need to email customer service, prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse. A customer service representative will contact you back to confirm receipt of your request and the application of it to your order. You can download the pdf of the release from here.
You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing BariatricPal and the carrier from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door.
Important Note: Signature Requirements cannot be removed once the item is in transit. If you do not waive the signature prior to the order’s departure, then you will be responsible for all shipping fees in the return and reshipment of your item.
Warm Weather and Temperature Sensitive Shipments
If you live in a warm climate or it is summer and the weather is warm, we suggest you select the fastest possible shipping method at checkout. We pack items as well as we can to protect them.
We now offer the option to have your package shipped to you in an Insulated Styrofoam Container with Polar Icepacks in the box. The insulated styrofoam container is placed inside a cardboard box for extra insulation and shipping strength.
Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation: If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.
BariatricPal cannot be responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises. We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, but extreme temperature fluctuations during transit are out of our control.
No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing. To help minimize the possibility of receiving weather related damaged products: Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home where the package can be brought inside immediately.
To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.
Broken Protein Chips
We do everything we can to deliver your products in perfect condition. We cannot be liable for protein chips breaking into small pieces during shipping.
Some protein chips may break into small pieces. These pieces are perfect for a variety of healthy and delicious uses. If you are lucky enough to receive a few pre-crushed chips in your shipment, why not give the following ideas a try?
- Use them as breading for baked “fried” chicken along with your regular seasonings and egg or olive oil.
- Sprinkle them on tuna casserole made with Protein Mushroom Soup and your choice of low-carb ingredients, such as cheese, broccoli, and Protein Pasta.
- Use them as a crunchy topping for mac and cheese made with Protein Pasta.
- Swap breadcrumbs in meatloaf and turkey meatballs.
- Add them to soup, salad, and chili instead of croutons.
- Make crusted tilapia or other fish using chip pieces instead of breadcrumbs.
- Add them to a morning egg or tofu scramble.
International Shipments
The BariatricPal Store ships to Canada, Australia and almost every country across the globe. We've negotiated fantastic international rates for our customers. Your cost of shipping and available shipping options will be shown to you in your shopping cart before you check out. Free shipping is NOT available for international orders.
Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. The BariatricPal Store will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. The BariatricPal Store will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, not including customs duties, taxes, and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. The BariatricPal Store prices do not include customs fees, taxes, and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
We can not guarantee any delivery times for international orders since inspections by your local Customs Service may delay delivery and cannot be anticipated or controlled on our end. All we are able to guarantee is the level of service we ship your order with. Certain Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International, FedEx and UPS shipments that are delayed past their guaranteed delivery times may be eligible for a full refund of shipping fees paid. You may contact us to file a claim on your behalf and if it's accepted by the shipping carrier, we will reimburse you in full for your shipping fees.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to The BariatricPal Store for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from The BariatricPal Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to The BariatricPal Store due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
